I feel very privileged that I got to meet this little one so early! I know there are many who still look forward to getting their first snuggles with Evana, but perhaps seeing these precious photos will make it easier to be patient. I’ll tell you one thing for sure, she is a tiny and perfect little doll.
I have some very important people to introduce you to… my dear in-laws! There are so many ways I don’t fit in: no gorgeous red hair, no dutch heritage and my appetite is three times as big as any of theirs. HOWEVER. They have accepted me, welcomed me and loved me anyway. I sure do love them back!!Read More
So fun to see this family again, especially how the twin boys have grown in a year! I photographed Edward and Theodore as newborns. Sweet as they were then, I feel like this time I actually got to “meet” them and discover their personalities.
I knew this session would be off to a great start when Jessica and I both thought of the same totally random spot that I’d never shot at before…a lovely little pasture near my house! I suggested it to her, warning her that there were a few cows, but she said that was no problem at all. Her husband grew up on a dairy farm! And anyway, she was about to suggest the spot to me too.
It’s not the first time I’ve done a session at Hogs Back Falls, and it definitely won’t be the last. Different families, different seasons, and so much variety in one location! Plenty of options for this extended family session with the delightful Mitton clan.Read More
I love big families. The dynamics are something so special. I’m sure it’s not always peachy (like any family!), but I so admire the way siblings take care of each other, become a tribe, and share so much fun and laughter together.
